Perry Point Office Hours

Hello All!

All the gifts are wrapped and our families are waiting...it's time to start celebrating! On Thursday, December 24th our leasing office will close at noon for the Christmas Holiday! We will reopen at 10am on Saturday, December 26th! Please note, we have informed as many Fedex, USPS and UPS drivers of this closing and hope that we can get your packages to you prior to our departure for the holidays! Please let us know if we can be of further assistant, and as always, should you have a maintenance emergency please call 919-741-5262 and press 5 on your phone to reach the after hours service associate!
